The tenant console names roles, assistants and notifications in plain words

Across the tenant console, the codes the platform stores are now shown by their names:

  • Activity: new entries for inviting, removing or changing a user’s role read “jo@acme.com as CSM” and “CSM to SDM”, and granting console access reads “as Sustentus staff” or “as Partner”. The email partners receive about a role change uses the same words.
  • Access: an account’s console access reads “Sustentus staff”, with its capitals.
  • Prompts and AI spend: assistants are named as they are everywhere else (“CSM”, “General assistant”), with the identifier kept beside the name where you need it.
  • Notifications: the delivery type filter lists “Invoice payout sent”, not “invoice.payout-sent”.
  • Permissions: a user’s permission history reads “Lead: Qualify out”.
  • Assistant traces: each tool call’s result reads “Completed”, “Error” or “Refused”.

Entries already in the activity trail keep the words they were written with.
