Empty lists say why they are empty and what to do next

A list with no rows used to say “No products found.” whether nothing existed or your search had filtered everything out. Every list now tells the two apart:

• When a search or filter hid the rows, the list names what you searched for, for example “No products match “crm"", with a Clear search or Clear filters button that brings every row back in one click.
• When nothing exists yet, the list says so and where the items come from. If you can add one, the list offers the same button as the page header, such as Create product or Invite user.

Customers who have no requests yet see a Raise a request link on their requests list. Before a project starts, the overview, workspace, activity and messages pages show the same message, with the same link.
