Invoice approvals now live in Finances

Finances and invoice approvals were two entries in the sidebar for one subject. They are now one: Finances, which opens on the invoices tab.

What’s waiting on you comes first

The invoices tab leads with Awaiting your approval — the invoices you can decide on, with the same Approve, Reject and Dispute buttons the approvals page carried. Your full invoice list sits below it, unchanged.

The list only ever shows invoices that are yours to decide: the whole tenant’s if you are an admin, the ones on your assigned leads if you are a CSM or SDM. When nothing is waiting, the list is not there at all — no empty panel to read past on the way to your invoices.

Deciding an invoice clears it from the list and updates its row below straight away.

Nothing changed about who approves

Who may approve an invoice, and the order approvals happen in, are exactly as they were. Only where you find them has moved.

Old links to the approvals page — including ones in notifications you were sent earlier — now take you to the invoices tab, so nothing you have saved or been sent stops working.
