CSMs see their blocked accounts as a table when the assistant opens
When you open the assistant as a CSM, your open go-live blockers now appear as a table above the revenue at risk. Before, the assistant’s reading named accounts, stages and owners you could not see on screen.
- Worst first: blockers past their SLA come first, then those at risk, then those on track. Within each group, the one stuck longest comes first.
- Everything the reading names: each row gives the account, the stage it is stuck in, the blocker and who owns it, days stuck, escalations, SLA status and revenue at risk.
- Revenue as quoted: each amount shows in the currency it was quoted in. A dash means no amount is recorded.
- Nothing hidden quietly: when there are more blockers than the table lists, it says how many it left out.
The same table appears whenever you ask the assistant what is blocked.
