The guided demo shows whose view you are in, and when the next screen is loading

When a guided demo moves from the vendor to the CSM, the SDM or the customer, everyone watching a shared screen now sees the change:

• While the role changes, the screen reads “Switching to the CSM” with the person’s name in large type.
• When the new view opens, “Now viewing as the CSM — Sofia Almeida” appears in the middle of the page for a few seconds, or until you click or press a key, before the step’s highlight appears.
• At any moment, the demo bar names the role and person you are viewing as.

When Next opens a different page, the page below the demo bar now dims and shows “Opening stage 3 · …” until the next step is ready, so the audience knows the demo is moving rather than stuck. Steps that stay on the same page move straight away.
