The demo tenant sells Orrery CRM

The demo tenant’s catalogue described a vendor with four product suites and twelve modules, and a services menu that read like a systems integrator’s. None of its services, skills or products had a description, and the product had no profile for the assistant to draw on.

The catalogue now tells the story the walkthrough is built around: Orrery Software sells one product, Orrery CRM.

What is in it

  • One product, Orrery CRM, with its description and a product profile — overview, key features, integrations, target customers, use cases and pricing model — that the assistant reads when it talks about the product.
  • Eight implementation services, each with a line on what it covers: onboarding & setup, team training and premium support on every engagement, plus data migration, integration, automation & workflows, reporting & dashboards and admin & governance. Every one of them can be reached from a request.
  • Ten skills, each described and linked to the services it delivers; project management covers all eight.
  • Supply outreach names the experts already messaged for each disposition.

The setup checklist still reads six of nine steps complete, with the workspace launched nineteen months ago. The people, accounts and requests move to the same world in the changes that follow.
