Dates read day-first, in your organisation’s time zone
Dates on the platform used to depend on where a page was built. Some read in US order (“10/14/2026, 3:04:05 PM”), some in UTC, and some in whatever your browser was set to. Every date now reads the same way:
- A day reads “14 Oct 2026”.
- A day and time reads “14 Oct 2026, 15:04”, on the 24-hour clock.
- The time zone is your organisation’s business time zone, set by an admin in Settings, never the server’s and never the reader’s browser. Where none is set, the platform default is used.
This covers invoices, quotes, proposals, projects, the lead workspace and its requirements, customer satisfaction responses, the notification inbox, integrations and webhooks, and the product, service, skill and industry pages.
In the product, service, skill and industry lists, the created date is now plain text instead of a coloured badge, and shows the day only.
The notification inbox groups entries by your organisation’s day, and its day headings read as dates (“14 Oct 2026”).
