The lead workspace’s actions are grouped and say what they do

The “More actions” list on a lead was one flat column ordered by an internal ranking, with a coloured dot as its only structure. Finding the right action meant reading the whole list.

It is now split into titled sections that follow the engagement: requirements, expert matching, proposals and bids, quote, delivery oversight, milestones and invoices, feedback, and the lead itself. Only the sections you can act on appear — a CSM on a live delivery sees delivery oversight, the milestone and invoice actions, and the lead’s own housekeeping, and nothing else. Action items, blockers, escalations and concerns now sit together in one place instead of being scattered down the column.

Every action also carries a one-line explanation underneath its name. That line used to be a hover tooltip, so it was invisible on a tablet or phone and to anyone who did not happen to hover.

Several names were rewritten to say what they do rather than name an internal record. “Record change control” is now “Record a scope change”; “Flag delivery reworked” is “Send delivery back for rework”; “Add manual match” is “Invite an expert”. Blockers, concerns and escalations read as three different things now: a blocker means delivery has stopped, a concern means it is still moving but needs watching, and an escalation goes to the platform team.

Nothing changed about who can do what, or when.
