Your profile reaches a workspace only once you’ve joined it

When a vendor adds a customer who already has a Sustentus account, that person is invited to the workspace rather than added to it, and the workspace holds only the details the vendor typed until they accept. Until now, editing your name, email or photo could still copy them into a workspace you had only been invited to, or one you had left.

Your profile now reaches a workspace only while you belong to it. Accepting an invitation is what shares it: your name, email and photo arrive in that workspace as soon as you accept, and later changes follow. A workspace you were invited to but haven’t joined, or one you have left, keeps the details it already had.
