A full vendor order book on the demo tenant
Active service revenue on the demo tenant used to hold four engagements, all at the same point in delivery. Nothing had been accepted and not yet started, nothing was waiting on the customer’s sign-off, nothing was overdue, and a month of the tenant’s history explained none of the figure. It was hard to show what the number means, and harder to judge a page built on it.
The demo tenant now carries a working order book: nineteen engagements in flight, worth €622k between them.
What is in it
- Every delivery stage is populated — five engagements accepted but not yet started, eight under way, three delivered and awaiting the customer’s acceptance, three complete with a bill still outstanding.
- Ages run from four days to 132, filling every age band, and six engagements are past their due date. One has its live milestone blocked.
- A month of movement — inside the last thirty days five engagements were accepted, two were accepted and then ended, three scope variations were approved, and the completed tail settled. Every kind of change that moves the figure has real engagements behind it.
What has not changed
No figure counts anything different, and no real tenant is affected — this is demo content only. Reloading the demo tenant reproduces the same book, so a walkthrough opens on the same world every time. The engagements already in the demo keep the values, scores and stories they had.
