Your subscription tier now appears on your settings
Your general settings used to carry a Plan box you could type anything into. It was never connected to anything — what you typed there did not change what your workspace could do, and nobody outside your workspace ever read it.
It is gone, and in its place is the subscription tier your workspace is genuinely on.
Where to find it. Open Settings → General. Above the profile form you will now see a Subscription tier card naming your tier — Self-Service, Growth, Managed or Partner — and listing what that tier includes. If Sustentus has not recorded a tier for your workspace yet, the card says so plainly rather than guessing, and nothing you have today is affected.
It is read-only, and that is deliberate. Your tier is a commercial fact about the agreement between you and Sustentus, so it is set by us, not from inside your workspace. To change it, talk to us. Every change is recorded with who made it and why.
What your tier now decides. Custom roles and permissions — editing your role templates, and granting or revoking individual permissions for one person — are included from Growth upwards. If your workspace is on Self-Service, those screens now explain that rather than simply not working, and name the tier that includes them.
Everything else works exactly as it did.
