Bids name the customer’s currency
Experts now price a bid in the customer’s currency, and the bid form says which: a customer who
reports in pounds gets a Price (GBP) field, with a note that the price is in the customer’s
currency. The number you enter is the number on the quote — nothing is converted.
Managers and admins see every bid in that same currency everywhere it appears: the proposals list, the bid page and the lead’s workspace. Previously the form always said euros, the list always printed euros, and a bid without a quote could show pounds — so one bid could read in three different currencies.
