The customer health card leads with one score out of 10

Vendors now read their customers’ health as one number on the Command Centre: the average health score of the customers who carry one, out of 10 (for example 6.9 / 10), coloured green, amber or red by the band it falls in. The count of customers at renewal risk sits on the line beneath it, and the green, amber and red counts are where they were.

  • Customers who carry no score yet are left out of the average rather than counted as zero, and the card still tells you how many there are.
  • With no customer scored, the card says so instead of showing a zero.
  • The Customer health page shows the same average under Mean score, so the card and the page always agree. Each customer’s own score is still out of 100, with the four parts that make it up.
