The demo’s recorded onboarding conversation runs the interview the live assistant runs

On the demo workspace, the onboarding assistant plays a recorded conversation by default, so a walkthrough runs the same way every time. That recording now follows the same rules as the live assistant.

• It shows the company profile it found on the website and asks whether it looks right before saving it.
• It names the products it found and asks whether those are the ones sold before saving them.
• It asks one question per message, four in all, and records each answer on its own.
• It no longer compliments the answers, and it introduces itself as the Sustentus onboarding concierge.

A walkthrough now has eight points where the presenter answers, up from four. Allow a little more time for it.
