Blocked accounts are worked only by their own CSM, and a failed action says why

On the Go live control dashboard, the Blocked accounts inbox now holds to one rule everywhere: only the account’s own CSM can chase, escalate or clear its blockers. With all accounts selected you still see every CSM’s rows, but acting on someone else’s account is refused, so an escalation always comes from the person who owns the relationship.

When an escalate or clear does not go through, because the blocker was already cleared, the account is not yours, or the connection dropped, the row now tells you why, right beside its buttons. Try again and the message clears.

A nudge sent from a row now shows straight away on that account’s conversation card, and a chase sent from the card updates the row’s last chased time. Both places show the same thing, so you will not chase twice by mistake.
