Expert shortlists rank by the skills a lead needs

The shortlist on a lead’s Matching section now uses the skills the lead needs:

• Skills come second in the order. Experts with more approved certifications on the lead’s product still come first. Among experts with the same number of certifications, the one who holds more of the lead’s skills ranks higher. Skills never take anyone off the shortlist.
• Each match card shows the count. A new Skills line reads, for example, “2 of 3 the lead needs”, or “Lead names no skills” when the lead lists none.
• Day rate no longer affects the order. It still shows on the card as the indicative cost.

On the demo, the note on how experts are matched and the guided walk’s Expert Match step now name certifications alongside product and skills.
