Metric names read in sentence case

Vendors see the metric dictionary, the dashboard popovers and the Admin metric registry name each figure the way the rest of the product writes labels.

• Names in sentence case. “Service activation rate”, “Customers at renewal risk”, “On-time delivery rate”, “Revenue-weighted CSAT” and the others now read as labels. The product names Active Service Revenue, Revenue at Risk, Revenue Entering Service and Service Pipeline Value keep their capitals.
• Links and definitions agree. Each related-metric link uses the name of the metric it opens, and definitions that mention another metric use the same wording.
• One heading renamed. The “Delivery & Quality” group is now “Delivery and quality”, in the same place on the page.

No figure, definition or rule has changed. Only the names have.
