Experts are told when the requirements behind their bid change

A request’s requirements document can change after it reaches the bid pool. The customer can approve a corrected version, and a CSM or SDM can use Edit overview on the workspace. Until now, the experts who had already bid only found out if they happened to reopen the request.

Now every expert whose bid is still open — a draft, submitted, or sent back for changes — gets a notification that the requirements were revised, with a link to the request. Your bid stands as it is: read the new version, and update your bid if it no longer fits.

Experts whose bid has already been accepted or rejected are not told, and nobody is notified once the request has been awarded or has left the bid pool.
