The Live Service Pipeline’s totals add up

The Service Pipeline Value summary now adds up the open leads whose BRD is approved — the same leads you see when you open it. Before, it also counted open leads whose BRD was not approved, so the figure and the board it opened could disagree.

The board’s column totals and the summary are now in your own reporting currency, the one the Command Centre uses. Money is never converted: a lead priced in another currency shows its own amount, in its own currency, on its card, and is left out of the totals. A line above the board says how many leads were left out. Before, euro, dollar and pound amounts were added together and all shown in pounds.

A lead’s committed value now reads the same quote on its card, in the column and summary, on the lead’s own page and in the Command Centre’s funnel.
