Nightly follow-ups no longer miss the same workspaces night after night

Each night the platform reads every workspace for follow-up work: customers who have gone quiet, notifications that did not get through, and leads still missing an expert or a delivery manager. That reading has its own time limit, so on a very busy night it may not reach every workspace.

The list used to start one workspace further on each night. A run that ran short therefore left out almost the same workspaces the next night as well, and some could go more than a month without being checked. Each night now starts at a point far round the list from the night before. As long as a run gets through at least four in ten workspaces, none is left out more than two nights in a row.
