A bid left open after an award now says why in plain words

When a lead is awarded, every other bid on it is closed in the same step. On the rare occasion that step fails, the bid stays open, and the Proposals section of the lead workspace flags it with a Reject action so you can close it yourself.

What you’ll see

The flag used to quote the raw error the platform recorded. It now tells you which of two things happened:

• The rejection failed — the award tried to reject this bid, and the rejection did not go through.
• The other bids could not be listed — the award could not find the lead’s other bids, so none of them were rejected.

Either way the remedy is the same: reject the bid here and its expert is told. You’ll see the flag if you hold bid review — sdm and admin by default.
