Revenue delivered and revenue at risk open to the work behind them

Active service revenue already opens to your order book. The other two money figures on your dashboard did not: revenue delivered showed a total and a twelve-month trend with nothing behind either, and revenue at risk led to a page of flagged accounts that had been worked out separately from the figure itself. Two pages described the same accounts and could disagree.

Both figures now open the same way the order book does.

Revenue delivered

The page shows every engagement that reached delivered inside the window you are looking at — its reference, its customer, what it was contracted for, the date the last milestone was accepted, the date it was delivered, the date that had been agreed, and whether that date was changed. The register adds up to the figure above it and says so.

Under it, the twelve months of history the figure already carried are itemised: each month’s value and count, the engagements delivered in it, and whether the window you have selected covers that month, part of it, or none of it. The twelve months are their own stretch of time and are not the figure — the page says which months make up the number you are reading.

Revenue at risk

The page lists every in-flight engagement carrying a risk flag, once, with all the flags it carries rather than the first. You can narrow by flag or by how long the work has been in flight, and hold both at once.

The per-flag totals are shown, and the page states plainly that they are not to be added together: an engagement that is both stalled and unhappy appears under both flags, so the totals overlap by design. Beneath the register, the figure is reconciled to the order book it is part of — active service revenue, less the engagements carrying no flag, is the money at risk — with the engagements behind each line named.

What has not changed

No figure counts anything different, and none of the thresholds moved. Work priced outside your reporting currency is left out of every total and counted beside the figure, as it already was. Both pages are read-only: opening a row takes you to the engagement, and anything you want to do happens there.
