Pipeline cards lead with the project’s title and name its owner

Every card on the Live Service Pipeline now leads with the project’s own title — “Placement and fee dashboards for directors” rather than “Reporting & Dashboards” — so two projects for the same service no longer look alike. The service sits on a small line beneath the title; a project with no title still shows its service in bold.

Each card also names the project’s owner: the sales owner until the requirements document is approved, the CSM after — the same person the project’s own page names. A project nobody owns yet reads “Unowned”, so it stands out on the board.

Nothing else on the card moves: the request number, source, flags, customer, deadline, expert and value read as before.
