Every card on your dashboard now tells you what it counts

Your dashboard states a lot of figures, and until now the only way to find out what one of them actually counted was to leave the page and look it up.

Point at any card — the three figures across the top included — and it tells you. You get the figure’s name, one line on what it counts, and a Know more link that opens its full entry in the KPI dictionary: the population it reads, the period it covers, what it leaves out. The same words appear whichever way you reach them, because the card and the dictionary read the same definition. Move the keyboard into a card and you get the same thing; on a phone, tap the small question mark in the card’s header.

Clicking the card still opens the records behind the figure, exactly as before.

A card that summarises records rather than a single figure — renewal risk indicators, revenue lost before go-live, the revenue funnel, top customers — says what it summarises and takes you to the dictionary index.

Go-live blockers have left the dashboard

Chasing go-live blockers is your delivery team’s work, not a figure you manage, so the Go-live blockers you own card is gone from your dashboard. Nothing about how you hear from the team has changed: a blocker waiting on you still reaches you on the project’s message thread and as a notification.
