One login can now show the assistant answering as every persona
The assistant behaves differently for each persona. A customer success manager is shown their portfolio and the blockers across it; a vendor is shown their funnel decomposed; an expert is shown the bids worth taking. That difference is the product, and until now the only way to show it was to sign out and sign back in as somebody else — six times, in front of whoever was watching.
On the demonstration workspace, the row of personas under the assistant’s header is now live. A presenter picks one and the assistant answers as that person: their tools, their permissions, the way that persona’s assistant is briefed, and the panel and prompts that come with it. Picking your own persona again is how you come back — there is nothing else to find.
It works on the demonstration workspace and nowhere else
This is deliberately not a way to see the product as one of your colleagues. It exists so the product can be demonstrated, and it is bounded by construction rather than by a setting:
- It applies only to the demonstration workspace, which holds no real customer data.
- The persona acted as has to be a real account on that workspace — the assistant is never pointed at a persona nobody actually holds.
- Everywhere else, the personas under the header stay exactly as they were: visible, so you can see the product is one thing behaving differently, and inactive.
Nothing about your organisation, your roles or your sign-in changes.
Conversations record who answered
A conversation held while presenting belongs to the persona being presented, not to the presenter. Opening “How this was answered” on one of those replies names that persona alongside the tools that ran and the organisation each was allowed to read — so the record of a demonstration says plainly what actually happened, rather than reading as though the presenter had those tools themselves.
