The lead workspace shows the expert shortlist and its fit scores
Overriding a fit score meant picking an expert from a dropdown that showed the score once, in passing, on the option you happened to be looking at. There was nowhere to see the shortlist itself — who the matcher found for this lead, and how they compared.
What you can do now
A Matching section sits on the lead workspace between Requirements and Proposals. It lists the experts matched to the lead, each with their fit score, strongest fit first. It is the same set the Override match score and Invite an expert controls act on, so you can read the ranking and then change it without leaving the page.
The section shows the shortlist — the experts the matcher put forward. Ones it ruled out for this lead are not listed, though Override match score can still reach them when you want to bring someone in.
The section appears for the people who curate matches: service delivery managers and admins. It is read-only; every change still goes through the two controls on the rail.
