Figure pages say “How this is calculated”

The explanation of how a figure is reached now has a plainer name on every figure page:

• Vendors: the How this is calculated link under the figure opens its entry in the KPI dictionary, as before.
• Everyone else: the closed How this is calculated section at the foot of the page holds the same explanation as before.

Only the words changed. Every figure, and what each one counts, is the same as it was.
