SDM status badges stand out on highlighted rows

On the SDM dashboard, the go live demand, bid readiness, go live risks and expert strength tables highlight a row amber or red when it needs attention. The status badge on that row used to share the row’s colour, so only its outline set it apart. It now sits on a plain background and reads at a glance. Badges on other rows are unchanged.

If a coverage, readiness or risk value is one the platform does not recognise, the figure pages group every such row under a single Unknown filter, so one click shows all of them. An expert band the platform does not recognise also reads Unknown, where before the badge was blank.
