The guided walk’s revenue steps say only what the screen shows

On the demo host, three steps of the guided walk described a value the screen did not show. Step 1.8 called Revenue Entering Service “new demand valued at BRD”, step 1.9 called its figure page “a qualified service opportunity”, and step 4.9 said the approved BRD “creates an estimated pipeline value”. The demo’s leads carry no customer budget, so the tile reads £0, every lead on the figure page reads “No budget”, and the journey header’s Service Pipeline Value reads £0 until the experts bid.

The captions and presenter notes on those three steps now say exactly that: the measure is valued at the budget a customer sets, these leads set none, and their value comes from the experts’ bids and, once accepted, the quote.

How a lead is valued before any bid is changing separately: Sustentus will set a price estimate per seat for each service, so a request for a number of seats carries an estimated value from the moment it arrives. That work will be scoped on its own; nothing about the value rule changes here.
