Acronyms read as acronyms in activity and permissions

Wherever the platform names an action or a permission, the five product acronyms (BRD, CSAT, CSM, SDM and SLA) now stay in capitals:

• Activity: the customer’s project activity and the lead workspace’s activity feed show “BRD approved”, not “Brd approved”.
• Permissions: role templates in admin settings, and the roles and access matrix Sustentus staff use, show “Assign CSM” and “Assign SDM”, not “Assign csm” and “Assign sdm”.

Role names, and everything else on these screens, are unchanged.
