Forecast Service Revenue shows how each project is priced

Forecast Service Revenue on your Command Centre is now revenue expected to convert: the projects added in the range that are still open, each with a Pricing status.

  • Estimated — valued at the list price of the service it asked for, from your Price Book, from the day the project arrives.
  • Expert priced — valued at the price of the selected expert’s quote.
  • Approved — once the customer approves the price, the project leaves the forecast and counts in Active Service Revenue.

The forecast page lists the package price and the expert price side by side, with a Pricing status filter, and its headline says how many projects are Estimated and how many are Expert priced.

The customer’s budget no longer sets any figure. Before an expert quotes, a project is worth its service’s list price on the Live Service Pipeline, in Service Pipeline Value and on the project’s own page — so a project that showed nothing until its brief was approved now shows its estimate straight away. While expert quotes are in, the pipeline still shows their average.
