The pipeline summaries read in plain words, and Service Pipeline Value covers every open project

The lines beneath the summaries on the Live Service Pipeline have been reworded on every board that shows them:

  • Active projects: from initial request through delivery.
  • Service Pipeline Value: potential value of projects awaiting qualification.
  • Delivery complete: awaiting feedback and CSAT.

Service Pipeline Value now covers every open project, not only those whose requirements have been approved. Selecting it opens the board on the same projects as Active projects. A project with no price yet adds nothing to the figure, so today’s total is unchanged. The Service Pipeline Value page in the KPI dictionary lists every open project by status, and its definition says the same.

The KPI dictionary entries for Active projects and Delivery complete use the new words.

The search box on each board now says what it finds:

  • Vendors: “Search project, project ID or customer”.
  • Customers: “Search project or project ID”.
  • Everyone else: “Search request, request ID or customer”.
