Two pipeline summaries now say exactly what they count

Two of the lines beneath the summaries on the Live Service Pipeline have been reworded, on every board that shows them, so each one describes exactly the projects behind its number:

  • Active projects — from initial request until delivered (was “from initial request through delivery”). A project leaves this summary the moment it is delivered.
  • Delivery complete — delivered, awaiting sign-off and CSAT (was “awaiting feedback and CSAT”). It includes projects delivered but not yet sent a survey.

The KPI dictionary entries and pages for Active projects and Delivery complete use the same words.

Nothing about what either summary counts has changed: the numbers, and the projects each one opens on the board, are the same as before.
