Rich text keeps its formatting when you read it back

Formatting you added in the editor could vanish the moment you saved. A large heading, an underline, a quote, a code block, a divider, an image — all gone from the page, even though re-opening the editor showed them still there. Nothing was ever lost from the record; the page simply refused to show it.

That is fixed. The pages that display rich text now understand everything the editor can produce:

• Headings at all four sizes the toolbar offers, not just the middle two.
• Underline and inline code, both a click away on the toolbar.
• Quotes, code blocks and dividers.
• Images you drop or paste into a field, scaled to fit the space rather than overflowing it.

This affects the description and requirements on a service lead, the summary and remarks on a proposal, and the summary and requirements on a project’s business requirements. If you saved something formatted before today, it will now appear the way you wrote it — nothing needs re-entering.

One deliberate limit: an image that points at an address elsewhere on the web is not displayed. Images you add yourself are stored with the text and are unaffected. Some of these fields are drafted for you by Sustentus AI, and an image loaded from an outside address is a way for text to quietly signal out of your organisation — so those are dropped rather than shown.
