SDM risk counts include only High and Medium risks

A pool now counts as a risk only when its risk pill reads High or Medium. Before, a pool whose risk was missing or unrecognised still counted, even though its pill read Unknown and it was not in the High or Medium totals.

What you will notice:

  • Go live risks always equals High plus Medium.
  • The movement on the go live risks page no longer reports a pool as a risk cleared when the earlier snapshot simply had no risk recorded for it.
  • Immediate risks, Active risks and High, later bands follow the same rule.
  • The risks card on your overview and the revenue at risk list in service performance list only High and Medium pools.

Pools on your overview today already carry High, Medium or None, so they count exactly as before.
