Every assistant says customer, not account

The assistant now uses the same words as the platform’s screens, whichever role you sign in as.

• A business your organisation serves is a customer, never an account.
• Your own company is your organisation.

Until now only the customer success and general assistants followed this rule. The vendor, SDM, expert, admin and customer assistants, and the onboarding concierge, follow it too.
