The guided demo’s Command Centre moves forward with Brightline’s request

On the public demo, the guided walk used to show the Live Service Command Centre in the past at its first step only. From the second step it read today’s figures, so the audience saw the end state before the story had begun.

The walk now keeps the Command Centre in step with Brightline’s request:

• The first stage reads the Command Centre and its figure pages as they stood just before the request arrived. The Revenue at Risk tour reads today, because the at-risk engagement it opens came in later, and its caption says so.
• At the end of the requirements stage, the vendor returns to the Command Centre as the BRD is released, with Brightline’s request now in Revenue Entering Service.
• At the end of the quoting stage, the vendor returns again as work starts, with Brightline’s engagement now in Active Service Revenue.
• The last step reads today, as before.

The walk’s matching step now names the same criteria as the Matching card’s note.
