A card’s definition links only to a definition

The question mark beside a card’s name still explains what the card counts. Its Read the definition link now appears only where there is a definition to read:

  • Vendors keep the link on every figure the KPI dictionary describes, and it still opens that figure’s own entry. Cards that summarise records — the revenue funnel, revenue lost before go live, top customers and accounts at risk — explain themselves without a link, as does any figure the dictionary has not described yet.
  • Customers, experts, CSMs and SDMs see what the card counts, with no link. Each card’s own link at its foot still opens the page behind it, so a card no longer offers two links to the same place. On How was your experience, the rating form opens only from the card’s foot.
