The Live Service Pipeline stays quick as the book grows

The Live Service Pipeline used to load every lead an organisation carries, with every bid and quote on it, each time the board opened, just to add up its column totals and summary tiles. It now adds those up where the leads are stored and reads figures only for the cards on screen, so far less has to be fetched each time the board opens, and that saving grows with the book.

Nothing you see changes. Each card, column total and tile follows the same rule as before: the accepted quote’s total, else the average of the counted bids, else the approved budget, else zero, in the lead’s own currency. The vendor assistant’s lead-book answer uses the same totals.
