The bid pool shows each service’s price in its own currency

Experts see the price of each request in the bid pool as the catalogue states it, in the price’s own currency: a €5,000 service reads €5,000 whichever currency the customer works in, and a monthly service reads its price per month. The assistant’s bid-pool triage shows the same figure. A request whose service has no list price shows no figure, and the brief names the missing price as something to clarify.

A priced service no longer counts as a missing budget in the brief, so a request that states everything else can be recommended as worth quoting.

Customers approving a requirement document change nothing on their side: the price stays the service’s, shown on the document and never asked for. Approving a document again keeps whatever the request already recorded.
