Account warning signs on the Command Centre, and a simpler Top customers table

On the Command Centre, the table that used to be called “Renewal risk indicators” is now Account warning signs. It flags accounts showing any of four signs: an SLA breach, a delivery delay, a failing CSAT, or work stuck for more than 30 days. Hover the title to see them listed. It runs its own test, separate from Revenue at Risk, and the new name keeps the two from being read as one figure.

  • The money column is now Paid in range: what each account paid in the selected range. An account that paid nothing in the range shows £0.
  • View all customers opens your customers list for the same range.

Top customers shows seven columns. The Rev. CSAT column repeated the CSAT score on every row, so it is gone. Sorting by CSAT orders customers by the score you can see, lowest first. Customers who have not rated you yet come last and show ”—”.
