Customer details from the public form are marked until staff confirm them

When someone submits the lead form on a vendor’s website, the company and location they type are saved on the customer’s record — and stay there when the real person is later invited and signs in. Those details are now marked Unconfirmed on the person’s profile, with a note that they came from the public form, so nobody mistakes them for something the customer told you.

Administrators, CSMs and SDMs confirm them by saving the profile’s operational details. The company is now editable there alongside the region and country, so a wrong one can be corrected or cleared in the same save. Once saved, the mark is gone.
