Your requirement document is submitted only when it is complete
Customers can now submit their requirement document only once all ten of its rows are recorded: what you need, service, product, industry, where, languages, when you need it, indicative budget, the overview and the requirements.
- The assistant tells you what is missing. Until every row is filled in, the document card names the rows still open and the assistant asks for them one at a time. It offers to submit only once nothing is missing.
- Timing needs a start date. An end date on its own is shown, but the row stays open until you say when the work should start. For the budget, a minimum or a maximum is enough.
- Service and product are set when your request is raised. If either is missing, your account manager fills it in.
Experts price their bids from this document, so a complete one means fewer questions back and a faster, firmer bid.
