The assistant now tells us when it cannot save a conversation

The Sustentus assistant is built to keep answering even when the system it saves conversations to is briefly unavailable. A short interruption costs you your history, never your assistant — you still get your answer.

Until now, nothing recorded when that happened. The assistant looked like it was working normally, and the first anyone knew was someone asking where their conversations had gone.

That is now written down. Every time the assistant answers a question it could not save, the Sustentus team sees what was lost — the conversation that was not started, the reply that was not stored — along with which workspace it happened in and when. Records are kept for 30 days.

Nothing changes in how you use the assistant, and nothing about your conversations is shared outside Sustentus. What changes is how quickly we notice when it is quietly losing them.
