The guided demo says its customer’s journey is complete before rewinding it

The guided demo follows one customer, Brightline Events, whose journey has already finished. Before, the walk introduced that lead as if its journey were just starting, while the board and the journey page showed it completed.

Now the three steps that hand over into the customer’s story say what the audience sees:

• On the pipeline board, the lead we follow is introduced as one that has been through the whole journey, which we will rewind to the day it arrived.
• When the lead opens, the walk points at the row with its reference, stage, source and the History control, and says the journey is complete and that History takes it back to the start.
• The next step says we have rewound to the day the customer arrived through a product trial, and follows the journey forward from there.

No figures are spoken; the screen still shows them.
