Status badges and warnings use one colour per meaning
Badges, alerts and buttons across the platform now use one look for each meaning, so the same status reads the same on every page:
- Problems (rejected, revoked, failed, not covered) show as a soft red badge with a red border, matching the red alerts. They no longer switch between a solid red chip on one page and a soft one on another.
- Error and warning banners at the top of a page show a tinted background and border, the same shape as the success and information banners.
- Neutral labels (counts, roles, draft and upcoming states) use one grey badge with darker, easier-to-read text.
- Delete and revoke buttons in dark mode use a brighter red with a dark label, which is easier to read.
Nothing about what any badge or banner says has changed — only how it looks.
