The Live Service Pipeline’s summaries speak of projects

The four summaries across the top of the Live Service Pipeline have new names and new lines beneath them, on every board that shows them:

• Active projects — from initial request through delivery (was Open)
• Service Pipeline Value — the value of open projects with an approved BRD
• Delivery complete — awaiting feedback and CSAT (was Wrapping up)
• Completed projects (was Completed)

The KPI dictionary uses the same names, and the pages behind Active projects, Delivery complete and Completed projects now speak of projects too. For SDMs, the last column of the board now reads Project Complete, so it no longer shares a name with the Delivery complete summary.

Nothing about what each summary counts has changed: every one opens the board on the same records as before, and the counts and the Service Pipeline Value total are the same.
