Follow up is the one word for prompting someone who has gone quiet

The platform used to call the same action nudge, chase and outreach depending on the screen. It now says Follow up everywhere.

CSMs see it on the blocked accounts inbox and the conversation cards on Go live control:

  • The row’s button reads Follow up, and Send follow-up sends it.
  • Each card says where things stand: Follow-up required before anything is sent, Follow-up completed · awaiting reply once it is, and Responded when the party answers. A blocker your own team owns reads No follow-up needed.
  • The history line reads Last contacted with the time, or Not yet contacted.
  • The Blocked accounts figure counts accounts Not yet contacted, and its register has a Last contacted column and a Follow-up filter.

Experts and vendors see that the delivery team has followed up with them about a blocker. Admins see the gone-cold settings describe when the platform sends a customer a follow-up. SDMs see the automatic coverage state as Automatic follow-up. The assistant uses the same word in its answers.
