SDMs see which matched experts were never told about a lead

When the platform matches an expert to a lead, it tells them so they can bid. If that message reaches nobody twice, we stop sending it — and until now nothing on the lead said so.

Now the expert’s card in the lead’s Matching section carries a Not told badge and one line saying how it failed and on which day — for example, “In-app and email failed on 24 Oct 2026 — invite them again to retry.” Inviting the expert again from the same section gives the message two fresh tries.

Experts who were told, or who are still due their second try, show no change.
