SDM screens show status names, not system codes

SDMs now see each lead’s status in the words of their own journey, such as “Assign Expert” or “Manage Delivery”, wherever their dashboard used to print a system code.

• Area card. The status badge on each lead names the stage it is at.
• Area and go-live demand drill-downs. The Status column, the status filters and the search all use the same names, so filtering by a status and searching for it still find the same leads.
• Statuses the platform doesn’t recognise read “Unrecognised status” rather than a code.
• Smaller fixes. An expert in the middle strength band reads “OK”, and a delayed go-live in service performance reads “Delivery delayed — …”.
